This is a Sanctuary of the Diocese of Matagalpa in Nicaragua. There are 18 stations before getting all the way up where the cross is located. It is a real Oasis of Peace. This is a beautiful and idyllic place to pray and to find peace

The Center of the Americas

The Sanctuary is located in the visual Center of the americas, it is dedicated to Our Mother the Virgin of Guadalupe, Empress of the Americas.

Franciscan Friars of the Renewal

The chaplains of the Sanctuary are the Franciscan Friars of the Renovation located in the San Antonio Convent at the foot of the Mountain of Peace.
