Asociación Hogar Nazareth (AHN) is a charitable organization in Honduras whose mission is to provide a loving and faith-filled home for children and teenagers from vulnerable situations, as well as adults with disabilities, until they can be successfully reintegrated into society. AHN operates three homes that collectively care for approximately 80 individuals, including 30 adults with disabilities. The organization is led by dedicated local Hondurans in collaboration with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, working together to share God’s healing love and restore hope to those they serve.

In 2020, the Hearts Touching Hearts Foundation (HTHF) began supporting Asociación Hogar Nazareth (AHN) by helping to receive donations on behalf of the Homes and transferring the funds in full, free of charge.
